SPECIAL FORMS OF FREE LEGAL AID

PROVING PROPERTY OF PRIORITY CATEGORY MEMBERS

Evidence that can be used and used for the purpose of proving the characteristics of members of one of the above categories, in particular are:

• Certificates of status, ie property, issued by the competent authority
• Decisions of courts and administrative bodies
• Decisions and certificates issued by state bodies, employers, and other institutions,
• Checks from received pension
• Certified forms for records
• Prescribed user registration cards.

In particularly obvious and justified situations, the authorized person is obliged to provide free legal aid to the user who does not have any of the evidence listed in this point.

LEGAL AREAS OF SERVICE PROVISION

In addition to the subjective personal criteria for determining the user of free legal aid services determined by these criteria, when receiving a potential user, the authorized person is obliged to take into account objective criteria in terms of monitoring the legal areas in which the Association "Your Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina" provides free legal aid services. , and thus exclude engagement from areas that do not fall within the scope of work of the Association (such as the area of ​​criminal, commercial law, etc.).
